Vijay Patel, D.C.

Dr. Vijay Patel earned his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Patel is board certified in electrodiagnostics by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. Constantly striving to give his patients the most up-to-date care possible, Dr. Patel attends many post-graduate seminars including such topics as neurology, research review, and sports performance enhancement. Professionally, Dr. Patel is an active member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, the National College of Chiropractic Alumni Association, and the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Patel is fluent in Gujarati.

Phillip J. Shaw, D.C.

Dr. Phillip J. Shaw graduated from Brigham Young University with his Bachelor of Arts, and then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Shaw specializes in rehabilitation, kinesio-taping method, and acupuncture. He is also a board certified hypnotherapist. Dr. Shaw prides himself in providing his patients with the best care possible. Dr. Shaw is an active member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society and the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Shaw is fluent in Japanese.
 

Alan Butkowsky, M.S., D.C.

Dr. Alan Butkowsky earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, and his Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic from Logan College in St. Louis. In addition to being a board candidate in Neurology, he has completed several years of post-doctoral studies in Physical Rehabilitation, Forensic Medicine, Homeopathy, and Clinical Nutrition. He served as the Director and principle instructor in Allied Health for a private post-secondary school in Connecticut. Dr. Butkowsky’s educational background, and 30 years of clinical practice, enables him to successfully treat a wide variety of disorders ranging from simple sprains to chronic degenerative and debilitating conditions.

Sharl W. Abraham, D.P.T.

Dr. Sharl Abraham, a licensed physical therapist, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has a strong grasp on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions management. Dr. Abraham has an extensive working experience and strong manual therapy skills and has completed a Functional Capacity Evaluation training. Dr. Abraham is also a clinical instructor for the physical therapy assistant program at Oakton Community College. Dr. Abraham is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Illinois Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Abraham is fluent in Spanish.

Laura Gabriel-Schuerman, L.M.T.

Laura Gabriel-Schuerman, licensed massage therapist, completed her training at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
